Tastefully renovated in contemporary style by a Japanese interior designer, the setting is an astonishing blend of past and present. At the helm, the exceptional tandem of top chefs Joël Robuchon and Alain Verzeroli are the toast of Tokyo and invite their guests to enjoy a unique culinary experience. On your plate you can sample Breton Lobster, the famed ‘caviar jelly with cauliflower cream’ but also compositions of a Japanese influence such as the ‘Crisp and tender chocolate on a bed of candied apricot marmalade with Yuzu ice cream’.
