In the eighties, Serge Blanco was the elegant rugby player who wrote some of the most glorious pages of the history of the French national team. Today, this fan of sport and gastronomy owns the unspoilt and romantic château where Sir Reginald Wright, an influential Australian senator, once organised his tea dances in the thirties.
