The cottage «Les Rimains» faces the Cancale oyster beds, the «Château Richeux» and its seafront bistrot the «Coquillage» overlook Mont-Saint-Michel bay and the XVIIIth century traveller’s house is the childhood home of Olivier where he seasons vegetable and marine cuisine with a pinch of adventure.
