The Auberge du Père Bise restaurant is beautifully located, with its lights that twinkle reflectively at it from the surface of the lake. Impossible to be better placed… The chef Sophie Bise handles her products with a sculptor’s touch to create dishes that are as lovely to look at as they are to taste. She too is pure talent.
