Weekly closing: Hotel: Sunday and Monday from February 20th to April 18th and from October 2nd to December 19th (except bank holidays). Main restaurant: Sunday evening and Monday from February 20th to April 18th and from October 2nd to December 19th (except bank holidays), Monday noon, Tuesday noon and Wednesday noon from April 19th to September 30th (except bank holidays). “Le Bistrot d’Auriac”: Monday, Tuesday evening, Wednesday evening, Thursday evening and Sunday evening from January 1st to April 30th and from October 1st to December 31st (except bank holidays), Sunday evening from May 1st to September 30th (except bank holidays)
Annual closing: Hotel/Main restaurant: from January 2nd to February 7th and from November 6th to 14th. “Le Bistrot d’Auriac”: from November 20th to 28th.

Unique in the world: the property is built on the ancient oppidum of Carsac where the history of Carcassonne began.
