Aureole’s new location is in the Bank of America Tower opposite the scenic landmark, Bryant Park, in Midtown Manhattan. A collection of three linked dining rooms, featuring a translucent tubular wine attic overhanging the bar area, is accessorized by a seasonal outdoor cafe. A private dining room for up to 60 is available. The menu features such inventive dishes as Country Ham Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Shrimp and White Corn Grits and Sage Jus. Wine shines beside the inspired meals, with great depth in California, Burgundy and Bordeaux.
