The Family Li Cuisine only uses natural ingredients and flavours and has upheld the tradition of kitchen equipment, ancient utensils, recipes and techniques of the Empress CIXI (end of the Qing dynasty). To secure a table in one of the 9 private dining rooms (8 in Chinese style, one Western style) you have to book at least 24 hours in advance as the preparation of each dish takes a great deal of time. There are two menus for lunch, four for dinner.
