Located close to Brenham, just one hour from Houston, The Inn at Dos Brisas is a luxury ranch resort spanning some 120 hectares in pure Mediterranean style with some additional Texan flourishes. It has 4 elegant casitas (small villas) with every modern comfort including private access and their own fireplace with remote on/off. The reservations-only restaurant has a XVIth century fireplace that was transported stone by stone from the Loire valley and offers cuisine that features vegetables and herbs from the garden as well as local produce and flavours that follow the seasons. The wine cellar boasting some 3000 bottles is worthy of the best.
