Hotel and restaurant in the mountains (Cogne) In the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park, a wide range of sports activities and excursions through breathtaking landscapes are an invitation to push open the wooden door of the Hotel Bellevue. Discover an authentic mountain property renowned for its cuisine inspired by the aromas of the kitchen garden. Hotel and restaurant on a lake (Orta San Giulio) Just a few steps from the enchanting Lake Orta, Villa Crespi is a spectacular Moorish villa built in 1879. The villa’s arabesque architecture, stunning gardens and the hospitality of Grand Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo and his wife Cinzia mingle to make a stay here magical. Antonino’s superb innovative Mediterranean cuisine is deeply influenced by the places and flavours experienced during his professional journey. One of the menus is an itinerary from southern to northern Italy, starting with a brochette of scallops and scampi and ending with a main course of pigeon and foie gras. Restaurant and hotel on a lake (Ranco) In this fine house overlooking Lake Maggiore, since 1850 the tradition of hospitality has been handed down from one generation to the next. Over the decades, the family inn has grown in size and the coaching inn, once popular with walkers and Sunday trippers, has now become a successful restaurant. Today it serves a colourful cuisine which boldly combines regional tradition with a modern twist. Pride of place is given to fish from the lake which is served with wines carefully selected from the restaurant’s well-stocked cellars. Bellevue Syrene 1820
Hotel and restaurant on the seafront (Sorrento (NA)) There is an eternal, timeless beauty to the Gulf of Naples, with its jagged coast and deep-blue sea, and the majestic Vesuvius rising in the background.
