Provençal, romantic or colonial villas and rooms are hidden behind the red tiles and white stone of the bastides. As soon as you cross the threshold, you will discover dressers, chests of drawers and pedestal tables lovingly selected from antique dealers. The restaurant menu sings of the delights of Provence -its peas, its cocoa beans, its herbs, the very first asparagus. Other delights: a musical pool, a spa and a sumptuous greenhouse with orchids.
Monte Carlo Beach
Hotel and restaurant on the seafront (Roquebrune-Cap-Martin) Chic and timeless, since it opened in the 1930s, the Monte Carlo Beach has perpetuated elegance and the art of receiving. Decked out in “Riviera red” the Hotel is a veritable ode to the Mediterranean reflected in its refurbished rooms and suites where the large portholes between the bedroom and bathroom are a source of light and depth. On the ground floor, the private staircases linking the loggias to the promenade give the rooms a feeling of bungalows on the waterfront. The restaurant “Elsa” and its terrace overlooking the sea are the perfect setting to enjoy the tasty cuisine and the serenity in the midst of a decor featuring Alep pine trees, bearing the signature of the landscape gardener Jean Mus... La Villa Spa
Hotel and restaurant on the seafront (Calvi) In Calvi, under the benevolent gaze of the statue of Notre Dame de la Serra, you will find La Villa. It is almost remniscent of a Corsican dream as it overlooks the citadel and one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Marion and Jean-Pierre Pinelli created this hotel over 15 years ago. The water of the infinity pool in the middle of the terrace seems to be purposefully seeking a way to join the Mediterranean. The understated and contemporary design of the rooms promises total relaxation. In the kitchen, Sébastien Sevellec takes Corsican and Mediterranean cuisine to new heights and reserves a starring role for fresh fish and shellfish. His dishes capture the essence of the “Island of Beauty”, such as his delicious and freshly caught dentex fish or rock fish served with girolle mushrooms, baby onions, new potatoes, basil and a drizzle of olive oil. (Lys offer valid in low season from 1 November to 31 March – except for mountain properties: from 1 May to 30 November)

A dream. This big white villa with its patios, arches and lounges is a real delight. It is also a place dedicated to pleasure, with a Clarins Spa and an excellent menu. According to the chef “The talent doesn’t come from me, but from this country”. So let us thank the country for the deliciousness of his mushroom ravioli with lobster and cappuccino of ham…Corsican ham of course.
