Hôtel du Castellet
Restaurant of a Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux and hotel in a park (Le Castellet) On the edge of a forest of umbrella pine trees, overlooking the Golf d’Amour, the Hotel du Castellet is one of the region’s most charming properties: with its patina furniture, guest rooms in hues of honey, lavender or grape and sun-drenched terraces… It was scarcely a matter of months before Christophe Bacquié stamped his style on the Monte Cristo, the prestigious restaurant of the hotel, with a cuisine based on seasonal produce enlivened by a hint of flavours from further afield, picked up from his inspiring travels. For absolute relaxation you will find the pool, the golf course, the spa and the shade of the gazebos, which when night falls are illuminated to set off the beauty of the grounds.

Restaurant of a Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux in a village (La Napoule) In the shade on the patio, surrounded by palm trees and other exotic flowers, this lush green oasis of sensations is the setting for the renowned cuisine of the Raimbault brothers. Depending on what catches their eye at the Forville market in Cannes, Stéphane and Antoine put together a menu that is contemporary, Provencal and Asian: lime-infused soufflé of locally caught sea urchins, Soleil Levant of raw fish. But it is their brother François, the patissier in the family, who adds the finishing touches to this magical symphony with his renowned “Caravan of Desserts”.
