Their renowned cuisine is inspired by Burgundy tradition, and the «raviolis d’escargots de Bourgogne dans leur bouillon d’ail doux» and «pigeonneau rôti à l’émiettée de truffes» are culinary masterpieces. The cellar is a treasure trove of fine vintages.
