Nowadays, this establishment marries well-being with dining pleasures. Adding that extra touch to the local gastronomy, chef Samuel Blanc creates culinary masterpieces such as grilled Pays de Racan pigeon served on a bed of Puy lentils, with a Leffe Brown sauce.
