Kutchapon Sirigaya - The Eugenia
Kutchapon Sirigaya, as known as Jus is the head chef of The Eugenia hotel. Chef jus was born in Bangkok, Thailand on August 14, 1978. Later in year 1986, chef Jus began to have interest in Italian cuisine and then started to copy and experiment on many dishes that he has taste in the restaurant. After graduated from USA, he went to studied European culinary art management at DCT hotel and business management school in Switzerland.
When he came back to Thailand, he became an executive chef in a private island resort, Maiton island resort in Phuket for 1 year then he has worked as a consultant in many small catering business and restaurant. In March 26, 2009, he started his chef career path once again at The Eugenia hotel, Bangkok.

Where do you find your inspiration when preparing a new recipe?
In many places where I find interesting food concept or an interesting dish then I will find my inspiration to create that concept to become my concept.
How would you define your cuisine in a few words?
