Aurelio Petraglia - Phuket Pavilions
Aurelio Petraglia, Executive Chef of Phuket Pavilions has joined the company in November 2008 and has brought with him over 14 years of culinary expertise.
Aurelio has worked in many places such as Canada, Dubai and Bahrain and even France where he had the priviledge to undergo a two-month international internship exchange at the famous Hotel Bernard Loiseau.
In his capacity of Executive Chef of Phuket Pavilions, Aurelio is in charge of the day-to-day kitchen operations of the resort with its two restaurants, lounge and in-villa dining.

From reading endless books and magazines, also walking through local market.
