Banana Blossom Salad

For 1 serving

Ingredients

- 100 grams banana blossom finely shredded
- 30 grams carrot finely shredded
- 30 grams slice onion
- 10 grams slice shallot
- 30 grams julienned bell pepper (red/green/yellow)
- 2 tbsp fresh basil leave

For Dressing

- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 11/2 tsp fish sauce
- 3 tsp honey
- 3 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts

Cooking method

- Heat water in a sauce pan to boil. Keep it warm, add garlic, fish sauce, honey and lemon juice, keep dressing aside.
- Slice the banana blossom in julienne and soak in lemon juice and iced water, keep aside.
- Toss banana blossom, bell pepper, carrot and onion with dressing.
- Garnish with roasted peanuts and fresh basil leaves.
