Diners can expect to experience the interesting characteristics of Girona cuisine which is known for mixing a very diverse variety of ingredients including seasonal wild vegetables, fresh fruits and grains to create exotic-tasting dishes, as well as be treated to a wide and delightful variety of seafood dishes such as the “Codfish ‘A la LLauna’ with Potato Cake” and the “Pan-fried Seabass with Pan-Fried Squid in “Ceps”.
