The Flocon de Sel has a new address at the exit to Megève. Its particularity: chef Emmanuel Renaut offers you cuisine based on imaginative, colourful and timeless cuisine with a perfect blend of flavours. To present his unexpected dishes, he boldly injects colour, bitterness or acidity where they were not to be found before. You simply must taste one of his cult dishes: sea urchin with chicory emulsion before relaxing in the spa with treatments inspired by the mountains: fir trees, flowers and water of Megève.
