Locronan
Locronan was an important religious site for the Celts until it became Christian in the 5th century due to the influence of St-Ronan. St-Ronan’s church, Pénity chapel and “Renaissance” houses made of granite make it one of the finest and oldest towns in Finistère.
On the nearby jagged coast, capes and points extending into the sea (Le Raz and La Chèvre in particular) offer a unique panorama for memorable walks.
