Tsitsikamma National Park


Tsitsikamma ("Place of much water" in Khoisan) is situated on the Garden Route along the Indian Ocean coast in the Eastern Cape State of South Africa. Its particularity is that it is both a land and maritime nature park, protecting miles of land and coastal areas, as well as an extremely beautiful sea bed.

There are also some remarkable traces of the prehistoric age and the time when the ancestors of the Khoisan people lived here.
