    Restaurant of a Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux and hotel in the country

    Even if he can’t take the credit for Yves Klein blue, this particular Mr. Klein could also copyright some of his creations. His name is Jean-Georges Klein and he is the Grand Chef of this family-run establishment where purity reigns both in the décor and on the plate. However, this minimalism is spiced up by a big dash of daring: “Every day I test combinations, contrasts, tales of the unexpected, I try things out, I like to take risks.” Food is served in a light-filled dining room with a glass roof, in the heart of the forest. The motto here is that “everything is possible, as long as you aren’t set in your ways”.
