This well-established seaside resort, sited amongst white sandy beaches and deep rocky inlets, was favoured by Thomas Mann, Aldous Huxley, Marcel Pagnol and even Fernandel and Raimu and has much to attract the visitor.

The pride and joy of the region is, of course, the wine of Bandol whose vineyards extend, uninterrupted, from the Massif de la Sainte Baume to the very shores of the Mediterranean. Stroll through historic areas, sample the varied cuisine and you will quickly succumb to the charms of an atmosphere and a style of living which are inimitably Provencal.
