Tamatar Roti (Tomato Bread)

Ingredients

- Whole wheat flour: 350g
- Tomato Puree: 150ml
- Salt: 3g
- Water: 100ml

Method of preparation

Take a steel bowl adds whole wheat flour, tomato puree, salt and water.

Mix well all the ingredients and make smooth dough.

Divide the dough into 10-12 equal portions, makes small balls then roll it through rolling pin and cook it from both side on the tawa (Griddle plate).

Serve Hot.
