Aloo ka chokha (Smokey Potato)
For 4 Portion
Ingredients
Aloo (Potato): 750g
Onion chopped: 75g
Garlic Crushed: 20g
Pomegranate seeds: 100g
Coriander: 30g
Salt: 10g
Ghee (clarified butter): 35ml
Musard oil: 20 ml
Method of preparation:
Rosat the Aloo (Whole Potato) on the open fire for 35-40 minutes or until cooked, after roasting peel the skin, mash it roughly and Keep a side.
Take a steel bowl adds chopped onion, crushed garlic, salt, fresh chopped coriander, ghee (clarified butter), mustard oil and make a mixture.
Add roasted mash potato and mix it well.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh chopped coriander.
Serve hot or cold.
