Special chickens - am 16 Dez 2010
Selecting Lunch with Robert
Good friend Robert Morris who supplies us with his special breed
of chickens from his farm in Strathaven. Matured for 14 weeks.
Chicken as it should taste.
Simply roasted, with lots of garlic and drunk with lots of Pinot
Noir.
Constantinos's BBQ - am 16 Dez 2010
BBQ at Constantinos's House
BBQ salads at my good friend Constantinos' house. Carpaccio of
octopus, Greek salad with homemade Feta, pickled wild caperberries
and the best hummus I shall ever taste. I learn something every
time he cooks for me - and that's not even his bloody day job
- gutting!
Phuket Market - am 16 Dez 2010
Early Morning Trip To a Thai Market
I always visit local markets wherever I travel to. It is the
heart and soul of every community. I love the atmosphere, the
smells, the array of amazing produce and it's the best way to meet
the locals. A Chinese dim sum breakfast at 6am in Phuket market is
not to be missed.

Sarge's Deli NYC - am 16 Dez 2010
Sarge's Deli and Diner NYC
The best Hot Pastrami, Swiss, Sweet Pickle and Sauerkraut
sandwich in New York City - if not the planet. I could eat
breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner here. Aptly named because it's
where all the cops eat.

Kilimanjaro Training - am 16 Dez 2010
Training for Kilimanjaro
Our first training walk in Glencoe in the Scottish Highlands. A
soggy sandwich even tasted great that day. I hope the weather is
better in Tanzania in January 2011.
