Located in one of the chicest parts of the Argentine capital, this contemporary restaurant with a minimalist design has become an absolute must for gourmets. “Porteños” (the inhabitants of Buenos Aires) and expatriates alike flock here to savor elegant classical French dishes like noisette of venison and mousseline of vanilla-flavored sweet potatoes, or pheasant cooked two ways with Beaumes de Venise Muscat wine.
