At the foot of Mont-Blanc, Pierre Carrier, Perrine and Pierre Maillet have taken over this private hotel, devoted to exceptional cuisine and local delicacies, created in 1903 by “great grandfather Carrier”. Twenty-seven chefs, including five pastry chefs, form the culinary dream team that looks after the two restaurants here. On the one hand, you have the superb menu at the Albert 1er with its elaborate recipes influenced by the Piedmont and on the other, you have the “Maison Carrier” with its specialities that you can enjoy on the terrace while gazing out at the majestic beauty of Mont-Blanc.
